Terms & Conditions

• We do not accept any returns after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• All products should be returned in original condition.
• Any complaint with regards to damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
• We will not refund the customs duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
• No refund request will be entertained once the product has been dispatched or getting delayed at courier service.
• At any point in time, in any case, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
• For orders placed using the Bank Transfer payment method refunds would be issued only to their original source from which they come or else we may issue a Vouchers and in such cases, there would not be any admin cost as mentioned above.
• Shipping cost would be charged for a refund since we do not offer free shipping all over India.
